Launch Competition of Rising Artists deadline approaching — BC Alliance for Arts + Tradition

Launch Competition of Rising Artists started in 2010 as an occasion to have a good time and help the work of rising artists throughout dance, theatre, music, movie and digital arts.

Launch permits the invention of latest artists and helps to advertise them in establishing a profession within the arts. Chosen artists can be given a platform to share inventive work and achieve suggestions, and be taught instantly from established artists in a masterclass format.

After a 3 12 months hiatus, Launch is again this June to help and champion rising artists.

Launch 2022 will happen as a full day masterclass together with time for studio sharing of inventive work and suggestions, and shows and discussions on the enterprise aspect of artwork making. As a part of this format, all taking part rising artists can be given 3 minutes to share a pattern of their inventive work.

Chosen Candidates should be out there to take part in individual on Saturday, June 4 from 9am – 4pm at

SFU Goldcorp Centre for the Arts, 149 W Hastings St, Vancouver.

Candidates can be notified of the jurors ultimate resolution by Could 23, 2022.

Submission Necessities:

– Candidates should be rising artists (minimal age 18).
